Membership to the Book and Periodical Council is open to any Canadian charity, not-for-profit, foundation, or National Arts Service Organization that devotes, or whose members devote, the majority of their time and resources to the creation, promotion, and distribution of written content. Organizations, associations, individuals or companies that wish to support and stay engaged with other sector professionals but do not meet the conditions of membership may join the as Affiliates.
